How long is shipping?

- We ship only in the continental US via USPS so transit time is usually 2-5 business days since we are shipping out of the FL area. We can ship via UPS upon request. Please remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Do you guys offer signature confirmation?

- In order ensure all deliveries are successfully received, we use signature confirmation on all orders. We will send you a tracking number, so that you can constantly stay updated with the transition of your order. All special orders (over $350) will have adult signature confirmation, which require proof of identification of the person listed on the order. INSURANCE is available upon REQUEST only (We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to the mail carrier).

When will my order be shipped?

- Orders placed between Monday and Friday before 8am EST will begin processing that same day and will ship usually within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 8am EST will begin processing the next day.

How do I track my order?

- Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you a tracking number from USPS. This allows you to know the whereabouts of your order and the estimated delivery date.

It has been a couple of days, where is my tracking number?

- Depending on the shoe release and holiday season (if applicable), we may temporarily fall a bit behind schedule. Don't fret though, we are handling orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can always email us or text us for information about your order.

Do you guys offer international shipping?

- Unfortunately at the moment, we only offer shipping in the continental US. We may be able to offer shipping to Canada, however, only upon request.

You guys deliver locally? How does that work?

- It's pretty simple. We receive your order from the site and if you live in the Florida area, arrangements can be made via email to meet at a mutual location. We only do meet ups with VIP clients who always purchase from us. You get your shoes in hand personally and get to meet our reps!
