Are all of your shoes real and authentic? How do I know they are not fakes/variants/replicas?

- All of our shoes are 100% AUTHENTIC products that come from reputable vendors (Nike, Finishline, Footlocker, Jimmy Jazz, etc...). As always we provide a RECEIPT showing proof of purchase with your order.

What types of payments are accepted?

-We take PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover).

I see the shoes I want but, my size is unavailable. Where is it?

- Depending on when the posting was created, your size is most likely sold out. Also, we only allow 1-2 sizes to be ordered on a preorder posting, so once it is sold they become unavailable.

Do you guys restock?

- Yes, we do occasionally get random restocks of certain sizes so always check back on the page for your size.

Why are your prices higher than retail?

- Our prices reflect the high demand and low availability of today's exclusive, hard to find sneakers. Our prices are far more competitive than other site like eBay and you will have peace of mind purchasing from us.

What does pre-ordering a shoe mean?

- Pre-ordering means purchasing a shoe that has not been released. This is the only way to guarantee your size prior to the release date of a shoe. Although, we do everything humanly possible to secure your size request, under circumstances we’re we cannot obtain your shoe, we will promptly refund your money with no questions asked.

Why is the price for my shoes higher on or after the release date than pre-order prices listed previously?

- Our prices may fluctuate on a day to day basis, so we always recommend purchasing early before the shoes are sold out in-stores and the sneaker demand increases.

Do you accept refunds?

-To keep cost low for our customers, we do not offer returns, trades or exchanges unless it was an error made by us.
