How does Pre-Orders work?

Its pretty simple! Locate the shoe you would like to pre-order, select your size under the preorder posting and purchase. Pre-ordering allows us to prioritize your shoe and reserve your pair. Pre-ordering does NOT mean that you receive the shoe early, as we pick-up your shoe on the release date to provide 100% Authentic Sneakers with the Receipt. In addition, we only take a limited number of pre-orders to ensure guaranteed reservation. Please be mindful that pre-order prices are lower than the normal resell prices. On release date, the price of shoes generally goes up, so pre-orders are a good way to get your pair reserved and avoid higher prices.

Under extremely rare circumstances, if we are not able to reserve your pair and you've already placed an order, we will try to recover a new pair for you or provide you with a full refund. Simple as that with no stress, no hassle, no questions or harm done!
